In the aftermath of the violent storms in Oklahoma it is prudent for us to remind folks to consider devising a plan to protect your family in the event of a disaster.  Being prepared and knowing what to do will make all the difference when seconds count in an emergency.

This week we will speak with Suzanne Geiger.  She was the Chair of the Committee for VA Social Care, Disaster and Labor in the First Congress.

Disaster Preparedness Course: During this free course from the University of Pittsburgh, students will gain an understanding of the Disaster Cycle, concentrating on the Mitigation Phase.
